Our knowledge and experience of working with properties in these specific areas places us in an excellent position to maximize usable space.
Our business operates only on Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. We are closed on weekends and will not reply to emails until the Monday following. We are not open on bank holiday weekends.
Appointments for property viewing will be allocated on Tuesdays with slots of 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.
We operate on a weekly payment basis to ensure both employees and customers are happy. Every Monday, we send an email containing payments for materials made in the previous week and payment details to individual trades involved.
Material payments are made by the customer directly to the suppliers. You will receive a text message explaining what each individual payment is for, the amount to pay, the supplier's contact number and the person processing the payment.
Trades payments will be paid directly into the individuals' bank accounts on a weekly basis. This way, every week the customer is aware of how much of the project budget has been used.
Yes, we comply with all building regulations and all structural work is inspected and approved by building inspectors. This ensures that your loft conversion is safe, legal, and adds value to your property.
Our policy is to carry out all work in a safe and sensitive manner so that the least amount of disruption and inconvenience is caused to the household. All of our tradespeople are respectful and courteous and will always work closely with you to give the very best in customer service.
Yes, our commitment to you is that we always promise to continue a project from the start date to the completion date, without interruptions. The only exception to this is weekends. We only employ trustworthy, reliable and experienced tradespeople who take great pride in their work.
The duration of a loft conversion depends on the size and complexity of the project. A typical loft conversion can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. During your initial consultation, we'll provide you with a more accurate timeline based on your specific requirements.
